|

I've been talking with Indy Magnoli about the possibility of producing Deckard's other shirt, the pink and green one. (I assume those are the colors, I'm half color blind).
Price would be around $150, and he needs about 20 people. Is there an interest in doing this?

Are you referring to the one predominantly with triangles? |

I think Wes means the one with the V on the back? |

Yeah, the western style with the "V" on the back. I've seen some good attempts at it but nothing with the detail the actual one had. He's got pics to go on and he thinks he can do it. He will post something on RPF about it and asked me to spread the word over here.

I am also intrigued by the idea concerning this particular pattern as well...
Would like to see this one made..... _________________ "Replicants are like any other machine, they are either a benefit or a hazard, if they are a benefit, its not my problem!" |

He's going to see what he can come up with to see if he can get the pattern printed on one piece and sew it rather than multiple pieces of different colored cloth.
Just FYI, I'm not a middle man for him, just passing the info. He will handle all transactions. But he needs 20 committed to do the run, obviously after he shows samples though. |

In principle, count me IN.
If it looks GOOD...
If it looks ACCURATE...
I'd buy it.

Agree with you mitch !...the problem has been the accuracy of Magnoli's latest shirt, i'm pretty sure that it isn't Indy's fault though as people should have worked much tighly with him to get the perfect printed pattern ! i know that some members here interested by the first shirt finally didn't buy it !...I tryed myself to improve the shirt with color pens and it took me a lot of time for the result !!
If this new project should start the persons interested shouldn't make the same mistake and then it will surelly be good, accurate, and Andy will sell much more of them !

I guess I could say it was part my fault because I noticed the issue first before he had it printed, and only made a small comment about it. In the end I trusted Indy's eye as a professional. I was looking forward to getting that shirt to go with his tie, but it never ended up looking right to me. But, since I was the only one to speak up at all, I can't really blame myself that much. The majority of the blame should go to him and those that also saw it and said nothing. Still, I should have been more adamant.
