The ‘E63’ (also known as the Robot or Ruspa) lamp, was originally designed by Umberto Riva in 1963. It was actually designed for the purposes of a competition but was put in production as of 1969. Both Bieffeplast & Fontana Arte manufactured this lamp in 1969. Although originally designed as a table lamp, it has often been installed on to walls – due to the construction at the back if the lamp.
It is no longer in production...
Bieffeplast also produced the famous Boby trolley/storage unit by Joe Colombo...still in production...

| Nicely done! I have two of the lamps from Deckard's apartment. Really digging the second one, here but not sure that I have space for it. |
