I recently acquired an unpainted original of the 1997 Mike Hill / C. Pearson Blade Runner bust. I'm really pleased that it's not been painted as every 1:1 Deckard I've seen has looked a bit clown-like. It would take serious talent to do the bust justice.

However, I'm missing the small button flap from his raincoat. Whilst I realise it's highly improbable that anyone has one of these, thought I'd ask, just in case!

Here's a link to a decent article on this garage creation.

To me, it would be worth making one. Are you artistically inclined to do so?

I may well go down this route. It's a good idea, Bwood. Thankfully, it's a relatively straight forward piece and shouldn't take too much skill.

Cheers!

I think the best bet is to make one. There's a decent couple of pics on the article I posted a link to. As I'm keeping my bust unpainted, I may decide not to try replicating the part.

Just a quick update - the seller of the Deckard bust contacted me and asked if I'd like the missing flap. I couldn't thank him enough.

A few days later, I'm now in possession of it. Will post pics when I have a chance. Really pleased.
