Sorry if this has been posted already, I searched but could not find anything.

I know originally this book was only going to be published in two countries, one being England, but I can't find one anywhere.

Was it never published?

I have searched google, eBay, Amazon, and have come up with zilch!

Usually on Amazon, even if a book is no longer available, it would still show up in the search, but only the original Future Noir comes up when I search for it.

EDIT. I changed the subject a bit. Mainly just curious as to whether this book was indeed ever published.

Yes, it was published a long time ago (don't remember the year Crying or Very sad ).
Strange that you cannot find it on Amazon...maybe Ebay?

It was published in December 2007. I searched on Google and there appear to be some available from second hand book dealers, but the very good condition ones listed didn't look cheap. Smile

I will have to search for it some more. Still find it strange it was never published in the U.S.
Though Sammon did say the publishing industry is just like the movie industry: it's all about the $$$

They show up on ebay now and then, and I always set my ebay searches for worldwide to get the UK and European sellers as well. I waited till I saw one for a good price with reasonable shipping and got it a little while back. It is a pretty good size hard cover and costs a bit to ship usually. I still see them now then.

Here is one that didn't sell and for a good price too...
