|
|
Hi Guys,
Pic and info heavy...
I have to put my blaster up for sale so it will be offered on here first.
Located in Spain and I am happy to post worldwide. Paypal accepted (preffered)
I am the third member from this site to own this excellent blaster, I bought in on here from skullsoldier, i will include the link below. Each member including myself has added, modified, improved the blaster to its current state.
NOTE. Link to sales page by skullsoldier including some nice clear shots.
http://www.propsummit.com/viewtopic.php?t=2844&highlight=
Heavily modified Offworld "C" Blaster. Worldcon-correct magazine with the fifth light. Light up function is perfect.
The piece was finished to resemble the hero blaster revealed at Worldcon, along with appropriate weathering.
When I purchased the blaster from skullsoldier, although superb I felt I could still improve on it. It was completely stripped and all of the plastic Offworld parts were weathered to lose the gloss look. The triggers and guard have been detail painted to give a worn/metal finish.
Various screws and bolts were replaced with bigger ones to tighten up the build. All parts were detailed to give a much more realistic look and feel.
The buttplate and grips were also dulled however all of these effects can be reversed if a shiny/glossy new looking blaster is preffered. I chose a more worn/used/weathered look.
It now features ALL of DonParkers superb metal parts...It has the metal Steyr shroud, a metal slide, metal bolt, sight rod, grip frame and buttplate all adding weight and strength.
The 1st trigger dry fires as it should and the metal bolt operates and the cylinder opens.
No stand (as seen in the skullsoldier link) is included in the sale.
NOTE. I am also including some REAL Steyr parts in the sale. Real ammo clip and real body section and trigger surround. I considered fitting thses but have not got around to it.
Price is $550 including Steyr parts or very near offers. It all has to go so close offers welcome.
Shipping is extra of course, price all depends on location.
SORRY about some of my pics

thanks for your participation
I am a long time lurker here in this forum and this will be my first blaster.
I am pretty excited and nervous now and can´t wait to hold this iconic prop in my hands. _________________ ~Stefan Jones |

After a long time and several attempts the blaster finally arrived here in Germany - well, lets say we had some trouble with spanish shipping companies and the guardia civil
the second package with the Steyr bits is still missing, but will arrive here soon I hope, so I can add them to my collection.
Okay, and here is some "gun porn" - its a really nice blaster !!!
last but not least a picture of my blaster together with some Bade Runnder props I acquired over the last years here on board from some really nice and kind members

Outstanding pictures Stefan.
Yes it was an epic journey from Spian to Germany and one that took over 6 weeks when it should have been 1 week.
Top marks to Stefan for instant payment, trust and patience !!!
It was first stopped at Barcelona airport, picked up by the scanners and then sent to the Guardia Civil (Spanish military police) I had to collect it in person but first I had to open the box in front of them to show exactly what it was and they loved it !!!
They issued a certificate stating that it was a "Toy" gun and harmless.
It was sent again using a different transport company and with the certificate attached, again it was was stopped and refused !!!
On the third attempt I sent it via road transportation using another logistics company, I did not to explain what it was or attach the certificate from the Guardia and it made it to Germany |

and today arrived the rest of the missing parts :
Original STEYR parts:
I probably won´t need the original offworld blaster parts or the sidkit parts, but the Steyr parts are a nice addition to the blaster and it just looks nice together !
thanks OUTLAW for this deal, even with all those shipping problems it was a pleasure to buy from you !! _________________ ~Stefan Jones |
