I bought one of those badges from Blue-Tiger-Trading a while back and it's a nice looking badge, and was a lot cheaper than the same ones up on eBay (currently there is the exact same badge on there going for $100 US.) I had no issues ordering it and having it shipped to the USA either. I think with shipping and the exchange rate it ran me like $44.00, and they accepted payment via PayPal.

I just noticed they also have a number of Blade Runner patches as well including the RepDetect, Tyrell, Owl, Police and Spinner logo at competitive prices with what I've seen on eBay, depending on shipping costs.
