Found this site somehow. It shows pics of the signage on the blimp and an analysis of their messages & origins. Unfortunately, it's all in Japanese.

I believe there is a way to put sites through an on-line translator...and I think it's free.

It worked! There's still alot of Japanese characters in the diagram however.
Type "Translate web-site" in your search engine and follow the intructions.
