				| Hi guys,
Long term reader, just started posting, really!

Got my OffWorld 2019 (ewww on the paint job, but am prepared to improve it!), and was thinking of the MIM Spinner that's for sale? Trouble is, they say they need at least 10 pre-orders. Now, I've put one in, but I'm guessing they're still well under the magic 10 as there's still no sign of it shipping.

Anyone else pre-order one? Would you recommend it? If not, what realistic alternatives are there? I'd love the ability (and money!) to modify a medicom, so that's out. Any other options?

 Cheers from Ireland!

				| The MIM is a rotocast hollow model so you can add a lighting rig to it unfortunately it's body is cast in one piece , so you have to do an extensive amount of rework to build a decent model , IMHO you'd be better off saving your money up and buying Randy Cooper's Spinner when it's released as it'll be accurate to the small scale (15") filming model and will have a lot of features. It's not cheap , but it will be a brilliant model and far superior to the MIM 'Anubis' which is a copy of a copy. | |

				| Go with the Randy Cooper one...as propjonnyb said, more expensive but way more accurate then the Annubis one. | |

				| No Fred, Just Randy's Spinner model - probably the best and most accurate kit version of the small ( 15") filming model with all the features opening doors, wings and boot , plus a Gaff & Deckard set of figures, fully detailed interior and a lighting rig to to finish it off , it is going to be pricey but well worth it!!
I know - I built my own version last year, I was going to offer it as a kit, but to be trueful - it was too much work to produce a decent set of cast pieces and even then for me there was four months work to actually build and finish it , so when I heard Randy was going to offer one, I shelved my project - his will be a lot better than mine !!

				| Check out Randy Cooper's Webpages for Spinner info
 RandyCooperModels.com

 or mail randy at nurnys@yahoo.com

it's going to take some time as Randy is tied up in filming work , but he's making progress when he can
