I've owned the Medicom Spinner for quite a few years and recently took it out of storage for a possible sale. To this date, I've never been able to open the doors (same goes for the small die-cast version that came with the briefcase set). Is there a technique that I'm somehow oblivious to? The instructions for the Medicom point towards the little "button" near the door but this doesn't appear to do anything.

Other than carefully pulling them upward, not outward, I am not aware of any tricks. They are a bit sticky though and caution is advised to not damage the doors.

Cheers, Andy. I'll leave them as is. I think it's most likely that I'll be listing the Spinner for sale soon (along with some other items) as I need to make space for new acquisitions. Appreciate the advice - definitely "sticky"!

Could they fit "snug" so as to stay in the up position? If they were not they might possibly keep falling down to the closed position. Just sayin'...
