The 3mm ones turned out to be spot on, but the 5mm holders are not. The ring is too thin.

Has anyone found the correct 5mm LED holders?

You say the 3 mm holders are spot on, but the 5 mm holders are not.
Then your next sentence infers that the 5 mm holders are correct. Please clarify.

I think he means the larger one for the 5th LED at the bottom of the clip. The ones on the side would be correct from what he found then.
