OK I dug out the tooling for my made from a real COP Gun model and will see if I can run them off in metal.

So this is the sign up thread.

Please make a note here and send me a email so I can put you in a folder.

Very interested, pending price and pics of the metal version. I regret not getting one first time around. I prefer no lights or sound, just a metal replica. Hopefully you will be offering a version without lights or sound.

I just opened the pics of your resin version. VERY NICE. I can clearly see the improvements over my airsoft versions. Correctly sized grip, properly located and sized grip screws, accurate color on the grips (the real ones have that brownish/black, bakelite look).

Thanks guys.

But the way my friend and helper JR came up with the hollow/hollow Bullet idea that lets the Light of the firing LEDs though.

It scares the heck out of people when you load the Bullets and then shoot them...Too real looking. But Cool...

The red Plugs were for eBay,.

And this was painted with Alclad when it was still good.

Polish of course. Nickel plate is also possible.

It is my understanding the designer is very upset when anyone makes a copy of his design.

He was upset with that model.

So I think I will stay clear.

And it never was in the film...

Here's a pic I took of my airsoft COP next to a real COP (on left). Note that the Coyle version is a better replica, but the grip screw needs to be changed from Phillips to standard head.

Here is where I posted more of my pics comparing the airsoft and real COP. The grips had a brownish tinge to them, so I call it black/brown.
