Hey Tain,
Welcome to Propsummit! As for politics, I think you will find them wherever you go. Fortunately, at propsummit, we let people deal with each other as adults and will not censor people's feelings or opinions on the matter. Will you find politics here, probably. However, I think you will find us more focused on what is important to everyone here, and that is Blade Runner 
As for the blaster pics I got in contact with Karl (Phase Pistol) about posting the pics of the blaster. He contacted me and said he would be posting here shortly.
