I came across this, thought it was interesting.

Tom Southwell the graphic designer that worked on BR also worked on V the miniseries. It is probably something he recycled from BR. Here is my post on it at Blade Zone in 2006.

It was also talked about on the RPF before that. The owner of the 'V' id also owned Rachael's black dress at least for a while.
