Bit of both I'd suppose.
I always thought Showtime's Total Recall 2070 was intended as a Blade Runner series, but they somehow couldn't get ahold of the rights. Hell, that show routinely dealt with androids posing as humans and a host of things BR/PKD.
Wish I could find the whole series on DVD instead of just the pilot episode. _________________

I don't know if we could use the word "diluted" for an imitation...maybe "different" for sure. Many new directors are fan of BR and are trying to emulate or copy the feel of the original and each can give their own version of a BR-kind-of-world...wich is fun because the permutations are almost endless |

Not DVD, but at least you could watch them. Total Recall 2070 _________________ Wait; I'm having one of those things! You know; a headache with pictures? |

I have been able to watch them all on Hulu, but I have heard they will come available on DVD at some point as well.

Thanks Seth, I have watched it on Hulu, but its just not quite the same as being on my couch with a bottle watching them.
Now if I were to move the couch over to the computer.... _________________

Most new TVs have a monitor cable port, and many new computers have HDMI hook-ups. I got a long cable and was able to watch Hulu on the TV fullscreen and HD. Of course that is with a laptop though.

I hadn't thought of that, but now that you mention it, my tv does have one of those ports, and the PC tower's relatively close to it. _________________
