Back in the 1980's, film critic Danny Peary wrote a great series of books called Cult Movies. There were three books in the series. In the third book he wrote an essay about Blade Runner. I thought I'd post it for anyone interested. The Cult Movies books are the best books about film I have ever read. They have been out of print for a long time now. If you can track down any copies I recommend you read them. If you like them, please, write to the publisher and ask them to put them back in print. The layout looks familiar, but that could be due to the vintage; I've been going back through a lot of early to mid-80's books and mags recently. I don't recall having read the article before. Thanks for posting. P.
