This is the first time in weeks I have been able to use the website. The same thing happened a couple of months ago. Can anyone explain this? It is both annoying and frustrating at the same time...
If it happens again, who do I contact about this issue? |

Hi Bwood, unfortunately, my hosting company changed their name and when the quarterly/annual bill came I did not recognize the charge and filed a fraud chargeback. Anyway because the billing periods are so far away, once i saw the issue, I did not tie the name of the host with the name of the chargeback I did a couple months ago.
Needless to say it took a long time for anyone in techsupport to identify why they wouldnt charge any of my cards on file.
After a lot of phone time and finally speaking to the right people, it is resolved.
