I am going to let this go so it's up for sale. Same model and color as the one on his piano. A real nice one for it's age.
I could not get photobucket to work so I put up an Ebay listing which I was gonna do after it was listed here a few days anyway.
It is in very good used shape but it is a very old lamp so it has the usual wear and tear. I have had three and this is the second nicest. The one that was slightly nicer sold for a lot more.
Anyway It works great and I have a new matching brown switch I can include or even replace for you.
