Love the re-vival of the Aspen beer... as mentioned earlier I offer the Aspen beer label for FREE. High res! Don't spent money on it! PM if interested.
Aaaaaaand off to find a hula girl doll with a green skirt!
She seems to have dark hair and be playing a ukulele....

Crewman Jack Daniels is also on deck. Solid company Aspen Beer, didn't change their logo in over a hundred years. _________________ Formerly offworld66 |

Thanks SJ! I can't get images to load here anymore...
Anyone else think the can looks short? It's not a critique of the prop per se, I'm just curious if they sourced pull tab high boys or adapted the label for a modern sized cans.
And then there's the question (raised by SJ on Aliens Legacy) of whether the can still reads Weylan or has it also been ret conned to Weyland. |

Yeah, that thought had crossed my mind, it definitely looks shorter. Kind of like it, actually.
The more I see of this ship the more I like it. Really digging the set design. |

I don't think it's shorter, just "fatter" |

Oh, dear...I am helping create the very demand of which I am trying to avoid.
Worse than a time-travel paradox! |

My Leilani Dashboard Hula Doll Playing Ukulele Green 7" arrived today.
I'm not sure if its just camera distortion in the movie still or not, but the angle at which she holds the use seems lower.
Still, pretty cool for a pre-release collectible. Thanks, Buch, for posting your eagle-eye find... |

The legs and base are spot on, but the grass skirt rides high (note her navel is visible in the film still) and the angle of the arms seems a little off. Not a deal breaker for me though!
