Did anyone catch the Ennis tiled building in last night's True Detective?
It wasn't the house in Glendale it appeared to be a store front of some kind.
Never seen this before.
Grabbed a still:

Thanks
I've driven by that place a thousand times and never noticed the tiles before. |

...and here's me telling you about your hometown from 6000 miles away
Did you ever buy sneakers from The Holy Grail on W.Pico Blvd?
They have some familiar looking decor.

It was the Vibe in Koreatown and has since closed down.
Prior to that it was Le Cercle.
Different decor, but the blocks remained throughout.. |

I figured it was used because of those tiles. _________________ I don't have enough blasters! |

It's gone.
Removed sometime after March 2015 according to Google Maps.
Did any LA-based members grab a piece?

Wow! Two of my favorite things - sneakers and and a Blade Runner nod. I will have to get there my next time in LA.
