Well as that low priced model looks like a major mess (see http://propsummit.com/viewtopic.php?t=4569)
I have been asked to do my Stunt hero and Policeman model again..So:
Finished out as a Hero model : with working LEDs $275.00+ shipping.
Finished out as a Patrolman model without LEDs and all black paint job $200.00+ shipping
I will need ten orders to make such a run, one is already on board so nine to go.
Please post here and send an email confirming your order.
I am going to ask for a upfront down payment of $25.00.

Also that 10 order is for a mixed order of 10 in all not 10 of each version.
