Hello, all!

I had some parts of a toy Franchi SPAS shotgun and another toy pistol lying around, and thought they would make a nice blaster of another hypothetical manufacturer, maybe a .357 Honda.

Here's what I have come up with so far:

It has been a quick build, with no movable parts, and far from finished. Unfortunately, I am not at all into electronics, so it is just something for display in a well-lit room...

Thank you all!

I'll keep posting pictures as the work progresses, i.e. more surface details, paint, etc.

For the moment, though, there is this other thing which I am working on, you can see it lurking next to the blaster. Outlandish business.

Cheers!

Really, really cool! As an Aliens fan I especially like that front grip from the shotgun.

I dig your pun too! Are you putting together a costume to go with it?

Thanks for the feedback!

Regarding a costume, I hadn't actually thought of that. Until now. Why not...

I like it a lot, although the bottom of the hand grip seems to be kind of abrupt and truncated.
I might respectfully suggest a treatment for that area, maybe something more like a P-38 or Beretta style grip which would compliment the existing design of the weapon. My opinions only, of course...

Bwood,

thanks for the input. Yes, maybe it could do with a buttplate of sorts. There might be something appropriate in one of my greeblie boxes.

So that was a very scaled down Spas toy.

It works though. Looks great.

Indeed, VERY scaled down. It is only 47 cm long.

Found it on Amazon.
