Happens all the time; have no fear, Canada's government has a tendency not to accept convicted fellons (even Canadian Citizens) who were convicted in the U.S. courts to be extradited and to finish their sentence in Canada. (2 cases/demands have already been refused by Canadian's officials).

He'll do his time in the U.S. period As for frivolous law-suits, yes, if there's a loophole in the law, people will use it. So close those and the familly/victims will not be re-victimized again.

Even the judge could dismiss the case right-away if the familly's attorney could convince him to throw that suit out of court.

I have little doubt that the Canadian Government will do the right thing, but to allow this vermin to put the victim's family through this is simply wrong on a number of levels.

My mind first thought of dog feces when this convict's story caught my eye, but then I decided to stop insulting dogs.
