Cool.

I asked an employee at Home Depot once if they carried button screws, and it totally threw him for a loop.

I did the same thing at Ace Hardware, and they took me right to them. Ace has a much better selection of fasteners, and it's organized better too.

That's really useful Andy. Thanks for that.

Now if we just had a diagram that showed what bolts and screws go where on the blaster, I could finish my Coyle metal kit.

Is there info on the forum, or anywhere else, that shows what screws, OF WHAT LENGTHS, go where?

I hate using longer screws than necessary in props and it seems like several of Rich's screws are longer than they need to be and it would be good to shorten them. I just don't know which to shorten, and Rich's info is a bit...vague.... Confused

At home depot I always like to challenge myself to guess how many of them are standing around in a group talking at any given moment..

try asking for a tinnerman floating nutplate, that will throw them into a coma...
