A guy in Ireland has both on Ebay, last time I looked. |

OK I am SURE this WILL piss someone off,....
as they might like to make some cash.
Me,.. on the other hand,.. well lets just say my expiration date is approaching soon so,...
If you print these out on an inkjet using photo paper, then glue them back to back with Supper 77 spray glue, and get them laminated whala ,... BADGES, AND PHONE CARDS AND Money cards,..
OH MY,.. wait that from the wizard of oz,..
and I have a lot more I just might post in the future, ..
so,,
and fyi I made these. They are NOT copy's from someone else's work. I used elements from the Final cut CDs' screen grabs and Indesign, photoshop, Illustrator.
Yes I did use the SAME source material as every one else used to create the versions that are for sale.
I'm just giving the graphics away for free.
enjoy.

Naw ocd... if you had cleaned them up AND then posted the images for free it might have pissed someone off...but as they are I don't think anyone is going to get bent out of shape about it.
But I do understand your sentiment about it... I agree that sometimes it seems as though there are those that seem to be more interested in making a buck than furthering our collective hobby of prop collecting, but for the most part I don't feel that has happened here very much... just go and take a look at some of the posts on The RPF to see some of the ugliness that happens around something that essentially is JUST a hobby.
Be that as it may, I couldn't but help notice your comment of "Me,.. on the other hand,.. well lets just say my expiration date is approaching soon so,..." I'm not trying to be insensitive ocd, but are you battling cancer or another terminal disease? If so that would explain your post and your comment, but I'm not going to assume that... maybe you are just pissed off about those you perceive are making too much money off of screen caps and you're going to try to even the playing field by giving away the same images and then you're planning on leaving the forum.
Please let us know what's going on. Thanks man! _________________ Fiery the angles fell, deep thunder rolled around their shores, burning with the fires of Orc. |

Yep, that's why I'm always giving stuff away (well, you'll have to pay the postage ). I'm of the philosophy that it's just a hobby, I like to help people in the hobby and yes, it's sounds corny, but the giving is much more rewarding then the "gimme your $"...and as everybody on this planet, my time is counted; so why not make the best of it and make some people happy? |
