Another Kit Run??

I want to make my way to build the set and then demand payment.

As this list in September and equipment may not be ready until late October or November

I would like to see leases of 10 loans to go orders prior to beginning construction and we have to see how the sign and the list goes on.

I guess i should post this email from John, to fill all of you in on what has caused the farther delays other than the shipping problems.

Hi Rich,
Just to update you , all missing parts have been shipped to all parties with track and trace and I have personally written to each and every one explaining that the delay was my fault, so you shouldn't get any negative feedback , I sent everyone a small token of apology and included my direct personal mail offering help and advice on any build problem. I also stood all the shipping costs as the delay was on my UK side.

I have to take a few days R&R as a result of my recent hospital stay, ( only minor - I'm glad to say but it did take me away for some time), but hope to get back to building and posting on the forum, soon as I return to the hobby .

I hope you and Jackie are well and things are going forward well , with all your endeavours ,

OK This is a last call out to a couple of people that have not responded to my two emails telling them their kits are ready to go.

So if I do not hear back from:

So at this time two are available and a third may be also available.

Also here is another way to finish your model this is how Elliot otherwise know as doc3d and his shooting blaster:

Richard, you might want to mention that absolutely no *paint* is used on this gun. (I was planning to post this info to the prop list, but frak 'em.) The finish is as follows:

0. Clean and degrease all parts.
1. Thorough rubdown of RAC parts with Novacan Black Patina (available at stained glass stores). This will leave a somewhat blotchy finish.
2. Rub down and polish above.
3. Thorough rubdown with Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black, until darkness desired reached.
4. Rub down and polish again.
5. Rub down pistol with Garcia Silicote All-Purpose Gun and Reel Cloth.

Also note: the patina chemicals are a bit nasty, and are probably known to cause cancer in Californian rats. So wear nitrile gloves, and wear glasses. Keep away from the kitchen or your wife is likely to chase you around with a rolling pin.
