Well, to amuse myself I decided to do the corridor leading to the hyper-sleep room. Here's a few shots of what's behind the door

The lights will be placed between those "slats" that you see in that wall.
I have to fill the empty space, in the middle, with various greeblies (wiggets for our U.K. friends ), then it's the painting and finally putting the neons and the ceiling of course.

Man that is looking really awesome. Can't wait to see it all painted and detailed up.

Just one question: why make the door at the end open? are you planning to build the hypersleep pod room? Wink

Thanks Sethb...I'll experiment this week-end with various FX tricks (on camera effects) and see what will be the best pics.

Well, here we are with the first pic: oldest trick in the world: the mirror at the end of the corridor to make it "longer".

And in front of the T.V. screen...wish I had an HD image Crying or Very sad

As you can see, it's difficult to light the model to match the front projection (bluish colour). My T.V. is an LCD, I know that the result would have been better with the latest LED and the BlueRay version (maybe next time)

Awesome work JB !!! (and thanks aswell to Harry for the color correction)

Shocked

BTW, will you extend this project to show us what the Nostromo bathroom and toilets looked like ? I guess my first move after prolongated Hypersleep would be to rush to the toilets...

Thanks Harry for the colour adjustment: looks way better Cool
I'm sure Fred, that the bathroom/toilet looks a lot like the ones you'll find in BR or Aliens
