These tiles are the basic "16x16" Ennis House tiles (they actually measure closer to 15 1/2"-15 3/4"). I got them from an Ebay seller sometime back with the intent of mounting them in the back of a display case. Unfortunately, all I ever did was hit them with some primer and they've been sitting ever since. They seem to be decent casting with just a very slight bow to them. Looks like they were slush-cast in resin. They are a little thin around the edges and I had planned to back them with some expanding foam. I've also got a third one not pictured if somebody wants that one also, I'll dig it out.
Unlike a lot of the vac-formed versions of these tiles, these have sharp edges/corners and a lot of grainy sand-stone type detail
Asking $75 each plus shipping... Thanks for looking

Yeah, but nobody makes that version 
Any offers on these? I'm just trying to recoup some of my money out of these.
Would consider trades for Starship Troopers or Riddick items. |

It looks like they were cast from one of the Vacuum form ones. I have a few that have the detail on the inside as well. How many do you have?

Doubtful on being from a vac-form... these have too much detail.

| You can have kick-ass details if the buck used for the V-forming was made out of foam (hard enough to withstand the pressure) and a powerfull vacuum unit. I have seen some pieces that I thought were molded in resin and were actually V-Formed...it's all possible, but of course, the tell-tale is at the back of the tile: is it as clean as the front? If not it's not V-F. |
