and if so can you take me some pictures? I'm building a 3d model of them and would appreciate a direct top view and bottom (sole) view for reference. cheers andy, haven't seen any of the main movie references on there. just noticed he has round laces, though I modeled the flat ones aready, ah well, hehe jfuste: yeah some top and bottom shots of those would be great as I just need to fix the main shape of the shoe. cool! Nice 3D model! Well, my pictures (when I'm not lazy) have a little logo, "MyBR", making reference to my site. Anyway, I'll shot the shoes asap and send you the pictures.

Excellent job on the rendering btw, just for those that are interested , Adidas still produce 'Stan Smiths' in Black , but unfortunately they now have a white leather piping round the heel and upper as well as a prominent Adidas logo , the good news is you can dye the white leather , which effectively 'hides' the logos , a really good black polish or ''dubbin'' (you can get a cobbler, to do it, even better!! ) a good long pair of dark brown laces and your shoes are ready to wear!!
