Am I right in assuming that it would be nigh on impossible to get the Sidkit Blaster into the UK? (that's assuming the seller would agree to ship here)

I don't think you'd be able to get it in tbh.
An unbuilt one, maybe.

I think Michelle still sells resin Sidkits? I think a few members here have bought from him.

UK rules do not differentiate with metal or resin guns. Just anything that looks like a gun.

I came through Newark this time last year with a blaster kit and some fake blood from Walmart. They confiscated the blood and let the blaster go! They also ignored about 30 DVDS, a dozen Blu Rays and loads of other memorabilia in the same case. The guy raised an eyebrow at a BSG book and said "Hey - great show!" Very Happy
