Hi, I just discover this Topic and I think it's a great idea to recreate the Voight Kampff book.
I have created in the past a 3D model of the "Voight Kampff" machine, you can see it here: http://la2019game.free.fr
So, if I can help you in any way to make graphix for your project, dont hesitate to ask me! _________________

Thanks for your offer Voight kampf
Andy, those are the ones i'd been using aswell.
The text is alot clearer on their one, not sure why mine is a little fuzzy around the letters.
Anyone come up with any other questions we can put in this?
I'm gonna start on writing out the questions we hear in the movie soon, maybe later today. |

This is a really neat idea, the end result will be a real gem.. An item not seen in the movie but was made and used in the production, still exists and now makes it to the fans..
This is what fandom is all about !!! _________________ Nicklas Ingels / Los Angeles, 2019 Webmaster

29 more pages to go, each with 26 questions. maybe each of us can think of a few pages worth. The first nine questions seem like scenario questions, where as the rest are more personal. here are some I randomly plucked out of my head:
1. Mirrors
2. Cockroaches
3. Fur Coat
4. Red Meat
5. Fired
6. Gum
7. Homeless Man
8. Drugs
9. Toilet
10. I have trouble sleeping at night.
11. I sometimes get the shakes.
12. I think about cheating.
13. Smoking is bad for you.
14. I have difficulty looking people in the eye.
15. I lie more than I tell the truth.
16. Pornography excites me.
17. My friends pretend to like me.
18. Photographs comfort me.
19. I like the taste of shellfish
20. I ran away from home.
21. Police make me nervouse.
22. I have strange dreams.
23. I would like to travel the world.
24. Excercising makes me feel good about myself.
25. I sometimes cry when I watch a movie.
26. I sweat alot. _________________ "F*ck it, it's just a movie. Let him worry about it" Harrison Ford |

What do you guys think about writing out the whole questions as they are heard in the movie. We can use additional ones from the books and scripts before we need to create much more. Just an Idea, but so far your question topics sound dead on for this type of thing. I wonder how much the manual will end up going for?

I like it.
We could leave the first page with the list and then add the whole questions later on? Kinda like the list is the contents page?
Also, i've not finished reading "Do Androids Dream....." yet, are there questions in there aswell? |

Some of the VK questions in DADoES is word for word almost what the movie says, but I think a few others are used as well. I am pretty sure there are some unheard ones in the scripts too.

I'll have to keep reading then.
I'll look and see if i can find a script online somewhere and see what ones are in there. |

I might just make a quickie version of this. basically a cover, the first page, and 29 blanks! filling in the 29 pages seems a bit too much work when all it purpouse will be is to look pretty on my shelf _________________ "F*ck it, it's just a movie. Let him worry about it" Harrison Ford |

Beast, how about making a few pages then just having them repeat, kinda like the Grail diary from Indiana Jones?
Please post pics aswell.
I've just got the one page printed and would love to see how you make the whole manual. |

I think there were also a few questions from the BR PC game that didn't appear in the film or book. _________________

I just found this thread, too. Great project!
I agree with Andy that writing out all of the actual questions as posed during the V-K test scenes in the film would be a good step to take. Very nice work by others, too, inventing appropriate questions. (Nice job, BeastMaster!)

Right you are, phase pistol. It's funny, the quaint ideas the public sometimes gets about identifying Replicants from their toilet habits, taste in music, or the way they tie their shoes. Kind of like the "scientific tests" people once used for identifying "witches" during the Middle Ages.
Happily, there IS an objective scientific litmus for authenticating the identity of Replicants. It's not as reliable as the V-K, but its much less expensive. So you have nothing to worry about, Karl. Your ability to see the red X in the box below confirms that you're a human.
