If there is a jungle of bootlegged Blade Runner soundtrack's there sure seems to be a small forrest of Blade Runner blasters too.
propsummit seems to be the place to go to for information on Blade Runner blasters and other props
I have no idea on where to find blasters (ebay is a great source but I guess that the prices there might be high ?) but I think that one could make a great deal on a blaster here, both price and qualitywise

Just wanted to let everyone here know that I just finished uploading over 970 HD Screencaps from "BR:FC" to Los Angeles, 2019.
I set up ffdshow to take one capture every third frame or something similar, did some sorting and saved images I thought could have interesting objects in them and other beautiful images from Blade Runner as well..
Let me know what you think and if there is anything missing (The end with the elevetor doors closing is not among the images yet).
It's 07:52 here right now and Im off for some sleep, I guess I will be able to see still images in my dreams by now
