				| Racheal, What would you think about doing the police quilted shoulder pads and gauntlets, for the armored cops? Looks like a fake vinyl, black satin like material from what I have seen.

				| Andy, if you could get me some pics I'm happy to take a stab at it. As long it's synthetic... leather is not my friend. _________________

				| There are a few pictures here... http://www.propsummit.com/viewtopic.php?t=522&start=0
Not to many good ones of the shoulder pads. I will look to see if I can find more and post them in either that thread or an all new one.

 Thanks,
 Andy

				| I am looking into getting the patches made. The round one is sewn I believe. As is the Triangle and the PK patch (which can be seen in Karl's worldcon photos). The strip of numbers looks like back painted clear plastic. The puffy 'striped' patch I am not sure about though.

 Hey Andy,
Don't know if you'll produce a limited run of these, but I'd be very interested in a few for my collection !

				| The goggles in this picture are Paulson Bubble Goggles and are still being made almost exactly the same as they were back in the 60's/70's...

   Vintage pair...

They can also be seen on some of the street extras.

				| Is it really confirmed that these police vests were made by Sinisalo? It's finnish brand and quite common over here. Price is just not from cheapest range. Their latest bodyarmor Jet Pro looks like this:

				| Most of the ones I found actually said JT racing on them, but most of those also had Sinisalo in small print on the patches. JT also seemed to sell a slightly different design that did not have the Sinisalo name on them. Some smaller children's versions I have found seem to have the same shoulder pads and the lower chest pieces, but no "pecks". Those were also made by Sinisalo. Also the oldest versions seem to all be Sinisalo as far as I can tell.
