Back then, I'm guessing that would have been letraset rubdown type in terms of font selections. The typeface looks like frankfurter medium.

ah yes don't worry, I've not forgotten what one, I am using actual wire for that.

When you say offer a kit, what would it be made from? injection moulded plastic? also what scale were you thinking as in 1:12, 1:16. etc..?
